  1. How do I check my order status?

Check the status of your order online by entering the order number. You will receive email notifications if there are any changes related to the status of your order.

  1. How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?

You will receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store opening hours at the designated pickup area. All you need to do is provide the order confirmation email or order number along with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID card). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may retrieve the order.

  1. How do I return or exchange an item?

You can return an item within 90 days to JeffDepot or return an eligible item with the prepaid return label included with your shipment. Items, such as outdoor electrical equipment, major appliances, and vacation items, have shorter return periods and additional restrictions. Please see the Return and Refund Policy for more details.

  1. How do I find a product online?

Search using a keyword, JeffDepot item number, manufacturer brand or model number. You can also browse by department to purchase the large selection of items at JeffDepot.

  1. How do I cancel an item from my order?

You can cancel items from orders that have not yet been shipped or that have not been picked up in store.

Find your order and select Details. In the Delivery section of the item you want to delete, select Cancel.

Select a cancellation reason, and then select Yes, Cancel. You will receive an email with the updated order information shortly thereafter.
