RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You just need to bring your purchase back to our store and get your money back instantly or exchange it for something else. Make sure to bring a copy of your valid ID card, receipt, or shipping confirmation email, as well as the credit card you used to purchase the item.

Jeff Depot is always ready to help you achieve your home improvement goals. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the product to us in Milwaukee. As for new and unused merchandise, they can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase within 90 days from the first date of purchase. Some exceptions to the standard policy exist. Please see the Policy Exceptions section below.

Returns with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account, or refunded via store credit based on the original payment method. Unless otherwise specified in our policy exceptions.

LOST RECEIPT

In most cases, your receipt can be retrieved using the original credit card, checking account number, or phone number. For returns without a valid receipt, Jeff Depot, at its discretion, may issue store credit for the item’s current sale price.

Jeff Depot requires a valid photo ID for returns without a valid receipt.

  • State Driver’s License
  • State ID Card
  • Military ID Card.

We use and verify verification systems. Identifying information or a telephone number may be entered into these systems when permitted by law. All returns are subject to system approvals. Jeff Depot reserves the right to refuse and limit the number of returns allowed without a valid receipt.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

The following items can only be returned within 30 days from the first purchase in “like new” condition with the original receipt:

  • Furniture
  • Area Rugs
  • Gas Powered Equipment and Tractors
  • Consumer Electronics (Televisions, Computers, Refrigerators, Washers, Dryers, Ranges, Hoods, Dishwashers,…)
  • Generators (other than Whole House and Stationary Generators)

SHIPPING CHARGES

The initial shipping charges are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.

JEFF DEPOT RETURNS

Many items purchased from Jeffdepot.com will include a prepaid merchandise return slip. If you want to return or exchange a product using the Prepaid Return Merchandise Voucher, please follow the steps below.

  • Place the item in sturdy shipping packaging.
  • Include ONLY items for which the prepaid return slip was provided.
  • Include all original manufacturer’s packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
  • Detach, complete, and include the return slip in your shipment.
  • Place the enclosed shipping label on the packaging.
  • Give the package to your local carrier or drop it off at any location of the carrier (store, terminal, or drop box).

MERCHANDISE IS NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE

  • Utility Trailers
  • Major Appliances
  • Gift Cards and Store Credits
  • Cut Flowers and Floral Arrangements
  • Whole House and Stationary Generators
  • Labor, Delivery, and/or Installation Services
  • Product Samples (e.g. Paint, Flooring, Fabric, and Wallpaper)
